Tuesday Shopping 23 June

Good Morning Shoppers,

I hope you all enjoyed the rain over the weekend and it looks like we
might get some more. In mentioning rain, I’m reminded of gardening. As you
all know, we just passed the Winter Solstice and now is the perfect time
for planting garlic. I have just gotten in a supply of Purple Italian
Garlic Cloves, slightly sprouting, perfect for planting and an excellent
price $3.50/kilo!

Since we are rapidly approaching the end of the financial year, we will be
needing to do an inventory here at our Co-op. We will do this on Monday,
June 29 from noon and we really need some volunteers. We can all start the
new tax year by renewing our memberships and doing some volunteering!
Please let me know by email when you will be able to help.
