A delicious vegan meal will be provided. This will be followed by an open discussion about vegan lifestyle. There will be a panel of long-time and newer vegans of varying ages ready to answer your questions.
We will be sharing about what inspired us to become vegan, the good times, the difficulties along the way, how we manage socially, keeping healthy, the funny times and anything else that comes up. This will not be a lecture! It will be a friendly sharing of stories and everyone will be welcome to participate.
If you are one of the many people wanting to learn more about vegan lifestyle and maybe thinking of making this step yourself, this is an evening especially for you! If you are a new vegan the evening will inspire and support you along the way.
