Fresh in 30-8-12

Yaama!*

Are you a fan of fresh organic chilli?

Down here at the co-op we just got a whole load of them, but more on that later…

We wanted to let you know that there’s a lot going on this week and plenty of ways for you to get involved in it all.

On Saturday Morning at 8:40am be sure to listen to ABC Radio 666 where our very own (and infamous) Dirty Beanstalk crew will be talking about all their current projects including what’s growing in the garden beds above our Co-op building.

Then on Saturday afternoon you can come in to the Co-op, do your shopping and be ready for the Pottery Skillshare that is happening from 4pm. No experience necessary, and there will be plenty of clay and wheels to play with.

Tuesday next week you can grab one of our famous $4 organic lunches at midday and then come back at 6:30pm for the Hair Cutting and Chemical Free Haircare skillshare.

Wednesday evening sees our monthly Management Collective meeting that all members are welcome to attend. If you have any items you wish to add to the agenda, please email them to food.coop.secretary@gmail.com by Friday.

On Thursday at 6:30pm we have the resheduled Sun Villages talk – come along to hear about a very interesting new housing model: http://www.facebook.com/events/435023259873954/
