Hey everyone, another update on the opening day. There has been some delay due to some unfinished electrical & air con work, and we also need to finish assembling the kitchen. We’re all very sorry we’re not going to be ready tomorrow but 10am on Thursday is now the opening target. Thanks for your understanding.

If anyone has some excess garden produce to help us restock the co-op before it opens, we would love to sell it for you!

As you can hopefully see it is a small improvement from our previous accomodation .

As of today, the site is no longer restricted as a construction site, so feel free to come and take a look yourself.

If you would like to get your hours up to date before we open next week, there are many boxes to unpack, shelves to clean, stuff to paint and any number of other jobs I can’t think of right now! Feel free to send us an email at food.coop.shop@gmail.com or just swing by.

Hello all,

Just wanted to give you a quick update on the recent happenings at the Food Co-op. The move took place on Monday and the shop is currently being set up. Our opening day will be Tuesday February the 7th and our new address is 3 Kingsley St on the ground floor of the new student accommodation building.

Hello everyone,

Just an update on the packing. Everything is going according to plan and the packing is progressing nicely. There will be a few of us around the Food Co-op tomorrow from 10am to 5pm. If anyone would like to drop by and provide some assistance it would be much appreciated. We will be able to reciprocate with a 20% discount for members (a month for every hour!).
