We don’t presently have in stock Nuttelex or something similar, and I don’t think we have xanthan gum, but most of the other products you’ve inquired about will be in stock. The best approach is to come in and have a look, there’s an extensive range of grains and flours and because the Co-op has a higher sales volume than many places selling these products, you’ll find they are super-fresh.

Occasionally members sell excess produce grown without synthetic chemicals that is not certified, which is labelled. Every item is labelled with whether it is non-organic, organic, biodynamic, etc.
